Terms of service
Terms of Service updated on March 10 2026. Version Number 2.2This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:I. Status and Slots

Slot 5: OPENII. Conduct
1. all parties are required to communicate in a polite, respectful, and professional manner.
2. all relevant reference material(s) must be submitted before work is started and payment is sent. An up-to-date reference sheet is highly recommended. I will not work off description. This is to avoid possible confusion or messed up design. If you have made changes to your character’s design while I am working, please communicate that as soon as possible (only exception for description-based things as long as it's not a super massive change that would require completely restarting).
3. failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being denied or canceled without a refund (rare). In addition, the commissioner may be put on a public blacklist and barred from future commissions.III. Payment
Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of values lower or equal to $50 USD.
On orders above $50 USD customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half is to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.
Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agree upon before work on the Product commences.
Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases, Customer will be informed of this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.
Payment will be requested via zelle, cash app, or paypal friends and family only at this time.
Currency Conversions
Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in US Dollars.
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller’s USD account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.
8. If a deadline is requested, a rush fee of 15% - 25% of the total will be added according to the size of Seller’s queue and how soon the deadline is.
9. Forcing charge backs will result in a blacklist from all future commissions.IV. Process
1. watermarked work in progress photos will be sent when Seller finishes each stage of the commission. (typically sketch, lines, color)
2. general turn around time is no longer than one week to one month, unless otherwise stated
3. under any circumstance the process must be delayed, the Customer will be notified
4. Any error the Customer sees at any point during the commission process must be communicated before the commission is completed, preferably before shading, as upon completion, the layers will be condensed down to make the file size smaller!
5. Seller does not accommodate OC design changes that happen during the commission process. The reference that they Customer supplies at the beginning is the reference that will be used to complete the commission.
6. Seller does not work off of descriptions. An up to date reference sheet is required.
7. If Customer plans to upload to Toyhou.se, they will let Seller know so Seller can send 2 copies. All art is created on a 4k canvas, and Toyhou.se can be finicky.
8. Customer should inform the Seller of any specific requests. This includes, but is not limited to, pose, props, and background. Customer should have a clear idea of what they want, other wise Customer agrees to giving Seller full creative freedom.V. Revisions
Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.V. Cancellations, Holds, and Refunds
Seller reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time with or without a refund. Cancellations from Sellers end are unlikely unless the client fails to abide by the terms of service or in an emergency.
1a. If Seller cancels due to an emergency on their end, Seller will provide a full refund.
2. refunds will be issued based on how much work has been completed.
3. once work is completed, no refunds will be issued.
4. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.
5. forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be revoked and appropriate actions may be taken.
6. I reserve the right to put any commission on hold at any time. Should it be necessary, the client will be notified and an estimated time of resume will be provided.
VI. Copyright and Usage
The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement beforehand by the Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.VII. Physical Items
1.I am not responsible for the package once it is in the mail. That being said, I can not be responsible for any lost items/package getting lost in the mail.
2. if the package gets lost in the mail please notify me as soon as possible and I will complete the commission again. I will keep a copy of the tracking number and I will be checking on it as well.
3. please supply your legal name and current address. I will not use a screen name as this can result in the package getting "lost".
4. buyer pays shipping until further notice
5. if the product arrives damaged, please let me know and send photos. I will make a replacement free of charge. (I.e. water damage, bent (badly, sometimes my laminator will slightly bend things, but if it’s bent completely in half of anything other than a very slight curve I will replace it. FOR LAMINATOR CURVES: please stick it under something heavy for a little bit before contacting me))

1a. Pokemon
1b. Mecha
1c. Humans/humanoids (not in a spot where I can charge for it, I need more practice)
1d. NSFW
1e. Stolen designs
1f. Creepypasta/etc
1g. Excessive gore
1h. Genitalia (with few exceptions. If in doubt, just ask me)
1i. Realistic (this isn’t in a spot where I’m comfortable charging for it. Follow my twitter, i sometimes post there about doing free art to practice)
2. I will draw:

2c. Pet portraits
2d. Anything not listed in I will not draw

4. Please keep in mind that I am in school and I might take a little longer to complete commissions. If I’m running behind I will let you know, but feel free to ask for updates.
IX. Trades - OPEN
1. Commissions have priority over trades, I will still complete the trade regardless of my queue, however, time wise, commissions do take priority.
2. Quality over Quantity! If my art is lower quality than yours, I will add to my end. If yours is lower quality than mine, expect to complete more.
3. Bust for bust, half for half, etc.
4. I will send a water marked final copy when I finish my end. An unwatermarked copy will be sent upon receiving your end of the trade. This is to prevent either side not completing the trade.
4a. if trading for physical items, please keep in mind that I will not ship out until both sides are completed! I would recommend you do the same.
5. Communication rules are the same as they are with commissions. Cutting contact, or ghosting, with no prior warning will result in a cancellation and/or blacklisting.
6. If you would like anything specific, please let me know before I start, or at the latest, after I send the sketch. Once I start lines, I won’t change it.X. Product Delivery
Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address or other form of contact provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.

Reason: Accused me of blacklisting over not completing free art upon me letting them know not to worry about completing it, months after they'd originally agreed to complete it. Said I never blacklisted, and they got really disrespectful and continued to spread a lie in a discord server until I had to explain the situation to a moderator.

Reason: Advertised traced art in The Furry Nexus and claimed it was referenced. Then proceeded to try and advertise other art as an apology. She did not trace MY art, but I do not support this kind of behavior.
